Nghe An organizes a competition for "Architectural planning ideas for the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area"
(Baonghean.vn) - The implementation of the master plan for the special national relic site of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Nam Dan district is one of the solutions to preserve, embellish and promote the historical and cultural values and heritage of President Ho Chi Minh right in his hometown.

The requirement for the planning work is to create harmony, synchronization, and connection with the historical and cultural relic sites of Lang Sen - Uncle Ho's paternal hometown, Hoang Tru - Uncle Ho's maternal hometown and the entire landscape space in the area such as Chung mountain, Chung Son temple,... According to the plan, the scope of research to carry out architectural planning is about 1,000 hectares in 2 communes: Kim Lien and Nam Giang (Nam Dan).
In order to have the most perfect architectural work, best meeting the needs of the people in the province and the whole country, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has coordinated with the planning unit to organize the contest "Architectural planning ideas for the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area".

Through the contest, the selection council will select the most suitable ideas from participating organizations and individuals. On that basis, a master plan will be developed to preserve, restore and promote the value of the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 962/QD-TTg dated August 7, 2018.
