At the conference, Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, authorized by the Minister of National Defense, handed over the Decision on retirement according to the regime to Colonel Vo Van Thai - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Authorized by the Political Commissar of Military Region 4, handed over the Decision on the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Le Anh Tuan - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command to hold the position of Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Military Command, Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command congratulated Colonel Vo Van Thai for successfully completing the tasks assigned by the Party, Army and People;
The Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command also congratulated Senior Colonel Le Anh Tuan on his new responsibility.
