The appointment of comrade Nguyen Van Khoa was made according to Decision No. 25/QD-UBND signed by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy. Accordingly, from January 4, 2019, comrade Nguyen Van Khoa - specialist of the Provincial People's Committee Office was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An for a term of 5 years.

Comrade Nguyen Van Khoa has a Master's degree in Mathematics. Before working at the Provincial People's Committee, he was a Mathematics teacher, Secretary of the Youth Union, Head of the Mathematics - Information Technology Group - Phan Dang Luu High School (Yen Thanh). After that, he was Vice Principal of Ethnic Minority High School 2 in Nghe An province, Principal of Nguyen Truong To High School - Hung Nguyen.
