Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Also attending were comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office, and leaders of Tuong Duong district.

Accordingly, based on the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; based on Regulation No. 105/QD-TW of the Politburo and Regulation No. 1954/QD-TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the assignment of cadre management and appointment, nomination of candidates; considering the proposal of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee issued Decision No. 2089/QD-TU, dated June 22, 2018 on the transfer and assignment of comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

On the same day, June 22, 2018, the Provincial Party Standing Committee also issued Decision No. 2088/QD-TU on the transfer and appointment of comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Tuong Duong District Party Committee, who has now ceased to participate in the Tuong Duong District Party Committee Executive Committee, to work at the Provincial Party Committee Office and hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Presenting the decision to transfer and assign comrade Ho Phuc Hop to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh highly appreciated comrade Ho Phuc Hop's contributions in many working positions and his time at the grassroots level.

Emphasizing the extremely important role of Party building and organization work as well as the requirements of cadre organization work, especially the Central Resolution 6 and Central Resolution 7 (term XII) which are posing many extremely heavy and sensitive tasks, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh expressed his hope that comrade Ho Phuc Hop, with his intelligence, experience, responsibility, and enthusiasm, together with the leadership and the collective of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, will unite, agree, be unanimous, and make efforts to successfully complete the task of Party building and organization in general and cadre organization work in particular in the coming years.

Presenting the decision to transfer and appoint comrade Pham Trong Hoang to the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dac Vinh affirmed that the task of the Provincial Party Committee Office is not only to serve, but most importantly, to advise and synthesize to advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on many issues in the process of leadership and direction; at the same time, effectively convey the direction of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to provincial-level departments, branches and localities for implementation.

With such an important task and requirements, the Provincial Party Secretary hopes that Comrade Pham Trong Hoang will quickly integrate into the new job, demonstrate his mettle and sense of responsibility, build solidarity and high collaboration within the Provincial Party Committee Office to perform well in his new position.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Ho Phuc Hop and comrade Pham Trong Hoang sincerely thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their attention and help in their growth during their work; at the same time, they promised to continue to strive and improve their qualities and working capacity, to meet the requirements of the task of advising and serving the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in the process of leading and directing the implementation of Party building tasks as well as the general tasks of the province.
