Nghe An: Over 70 billion VND registered to support 'Tet for the poor - Spring Quy Mao 2023'

Of the registered donations of more than 70.6 billion VND, the registered donations in cash were more than 11.9 billion VND; the value of goods was more than 58.7 billion VND.

It is expected that on the evening of January 3, 2023, in Vinh city, Nghe An province, the program "Tet for the poor - Spring Quy Mao 2023" will be held. The program aims to propagate and mobilize all classes of people to join hands and unite with the Party Committee and the government of Nghe An province to continue to care for the poor and people in difficult circumstances during the traditional Tet Quy Mao 2023.

In the past time, as the standing agency organizing the program, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has developed an organization plan, launched a call for support to agencies, units, schools, armed forces, enterprises, businessmen, production and business households, and philanthropists inside and outside the province; at the same time, actively directed the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to advise Party committees, coordinate with the government and functional agencies to propagate, organize activities, and mobilize social resources to care for the lives of poor households in the area.
