Nghe An launches activities to commemorate victims of traffic accidents in 2025
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee to coordinate with units to implement a plan to respond to the "World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims" in 2025. The communication campaign focuses on spreading the message "Remembering the deceased - For the survivors", raising awareness and responsibility of traffic participants.
According to Official Dispatch No. 12462/UBND-NC dated November 13, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to organize the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 178/UBATGTQG of the National Traffic Safety Committee on activities in response to "World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims” year 2025.

The peak communication campaign from November 10 to 30, 2025 will focus on telling true stories about traffic accident victims and their families, reflecting the losses, injuries and long-term consequences caused by traffic accidents; thereby calling for the community's cooperation to prevent and reduce traffic accidents with the message "Remembering the deceased - For the survivors".
The propaganda content emphasizes the causes, typical situations, lessons learned and skills to prevent traffic accidents; the responsibility of organizations and individuals in ensuring traffic order and safety; and at the same time spreads positive behaviors associated with the message "Safe journey, building the future".

Along with communication, the Provincial People's Committee requested localities to organize visits, encouragement and appropriate support for families of traffic accident victims in difficult circumstances.
The National Traffic Safety Committee requests that the Traffic Safety Committees of provinces and cities advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to issue plans and organize response activities to ensure solemnity, meaning, practicality, economy and compliance with legal regulations.
