Nghe An implements many meaningful activities to welcome the 13th National Women's Congress

At the ceremony, delegates listened to the Report on the results of the National Women's Congress summarizing the special emulation campaign to welcome the congress of the Nghe An Women's Union.

Attending the congress, Nghe An delegation had 17 delegates who were typical representatives of Nghe An Women's Union. Within the framework of the congress, the delegation participated in the exhibition "Vietnam Women's Union - Continuing to write dreams", sent a message in response to the program "Accompanying women in the border areas", had a speech on the topic "Training women's qualities and ethics associated with studying and following Uncle Ho", displayed 3-star OCOP brocade embroidery products of Hoa Tien brocade craft village cooperative at the booth of products produced by women.

At the congress, comrade Nguyen Thi Quynh Hoa - President of the Provincial Women's Union was honored to be re-elected to the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union for the 2022 - 2027 term.

This is a broad competition and has received the participation of all levels of women's unions and women of all walks of life in the province. With the theme "16 projects/tasks overcoming difficulties and being creative", with the target of ending the competition period of each collective and individual having 1 meaningful project/task, currently all levels of unions have been implementing 1,268 practical projects/tasks forcommunity.

The works not only bring direct benefits to women but also contribute to the development of local socio-economy. The special emulation campaign has also created a widespread and enthusiastic emulation movement in all levels of the association and all cadres and members of the women's association, creating a strong change in the awareness and actions of all levels of the association and women of all classes.

Also in the activities to celebrate the success of the congress, the Provincial Women's Union coordinated with the Hoang Mai Town Women's Union to organize the performance festival "Pride".Ao DaiVietnam”. The program took place with three chapters: Vietnamese Soul - Sparkling soul of Nghe An; Convergence of colors with the display and exhibition of ancient Ao Dai photos and beautiful images of Nghe An women responding to "Ao Dai Week 2022".

Thereby, not only creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere but also once again affirming the value and position of the ao dai in social life, praising the beauty, connection, and international integration of the Vietnamese ao dai, the beauty, character, and spirit of the people of Nghe An associated with the image of the ao dai.

Through the program, we aim to spread the love for Vietnamese Ao Dai, contribute to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values ​​of the nation and hope that women will actively wear Ao Dai during festivals, important ceremonies of the country, the Association and in daily life.

This is a program launched by the National Humanitarian Information Portal in coordination with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, the Vietnam Women's Union, and the Border Guard Command with the goal of joining hands to build at least 130 livelihood models with a total value of 13 billion VND for border women.
