Nghe An is in the top of the country in terms of quality of National Excellent Students.

(Baonghean.vn) - Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training held a conference on specialized schools. At this conference, the Ministry announced a list of 5 units with a high percentage of students winning prizes in the national excellent student selection exam each year, from 2010 to 2013.

Accordingly, in 2010, Nghe An ranked 2nd, after Nam Dinh; above Vinh Phuc, Ho Chi Minh City National University and Da Nang.

In 2011, Nghe An did not make it into the top five (this year, the top five included: Hanoi National University, Nam Dinh, Hanoi National University of Education, Hanoi and Hai Phong).

In 2012, Nghe An ranked 5th, after Nam Dinh, Hanoi National University of Education, Hanoi and Hai Phong.

In 2013, Nghe An ranked 4th, after Hanoi National University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Nam Dinh and above Vinh Phuc.
