The incident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. on July 18 on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Hong Commune, Dien Chau District. Accordingly, the truck with license plate 37S-7369 was stopped on the side of the road when a young man driving a motorbike with license plate 37X5-9182 at high speed crashed into the back of the truck.

The strong collision seriously injured the motorcyclist and he was taken to the emergency room immediately. The victim was known to be Chu Van Nam (born in 1988), residing in Hamlet 5, Nam Xuan Commune (Nam Dan District).

At the scene, the motorbike was badly damaged. Upon receiving the news, the Dien Chau District Traffic Police quickly arrived to investigate the cause of the incident.
