(Baonghean.vn) - The rate of enterprises with party organizations is still too low, only 1.05% and the rate of party members in private enterprises accounts for 1.4% of the total number of party members in the province.

Directly implementing Directive No. 33-CT/TW dated February 18, 2019 of the Secretariat on Strengthening the building of Party organizations in private economic units, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Tran Quoc Khanh affirmed: The Central Committee always pays attention to building Party organizations in enterprises and previously, the Politburo issued Directive No. 07-CT/TW dated November 23, 1996 and the Secretariat issued Conclusion No. 80-KL/TW dated July 29, 2010 on strengthening the work of building the Party and people's organizations in private enterprises.
For Nghe An, along with implementing the Central Directives and Conclusions, the Provincial Party Committee also issued Project No. 5155-DA/TU, dated February 8, 2014 on Developing Party members and Party organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, period 2014-2020.

After more than 4 years of implementing Project No. 5155-DA/TU, the work of developing party members and party organizations in enterprises has had positive changes.
As of May 30, 2018, the whole province had 27 enterprises with less than 50% state capital having party organizations; 116 enterprises without state capital (private enterprises) had party organizations. The total number of party members in enterprises was 2,624 people.
However, compared to the total number of operating private enterprises, the number of enterprises with party organizations is still too low, accounting for only 1.05% and the percentage of party members in private enterprises accounts for only 1.4% of the total number of party members in the province.

In the spirit of Directive No. 33-CT/TW, the Provincial Party Committee sets out requirements for Party committees at all levels, Party organizations and relevant departments, branches, agencies and units to strengthen leadership, direction and actively participate, and at the same time have positive solutions to promote the development of Party organizations and Party members in private economic units.
Also on the afternoon of April 18, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department disseminated and implemented Regulation No. 11-QDi/TW dated February 18, 2019 of the Politburo on the responsibility of Party leaders in receiving people, having direct dialogue with people and handling people's feedback and recommendations. In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department deployed Plan No. 184-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on implementing Regulation No. 11-QDi/TW of the Politburo; Regulation No. 09-QC/TU of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on receiving people by the Provincial Party Committee Secretary and handling petitions, feedback, recommendations, complaints and denunciations sent to the Provincial Party Committee.
The conference also heard the dissemination of Project No. 16-DA/TU dated March 12, 2019 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on improving the effectiveness of religious work, strengthening the great national unity bloc, contributing to accelerating the socio-economic development process, associated with strengthening national defense and security in the province, period 2018-2025.
