(Baonghean.vn) - On December 7 and 8, in Thailand, representatives of Nghe An province attended the event to launch a joint effort to support the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Maintenance Fund in Ban May village, Nakhon Phanom province, Thailand.

Attending the event were leaders of Nakhon Phanom province, Thailand; representatives of the Vietnamese Consulate General in Thailand, Vietnamese associations in Thailand, Uncle Ho Memorial Sites in the Kingdom of Thailand, overseas Vietnamese; representatives of Quang Tri and Quang Binh provinces.

Nghe An province had Mr. Tran Khanh Thuc - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Nguyen Bao Tuan - Director of Kim Lien Relic Site as representatives of the Provincial People's Committee to attend and present to the Fund for the maintenance of the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Thailand a gift worth 5 thousand USD.
