Prepare forces and means to deploy rescue work when there is a situation.
Organize a serious on-duty team, closely monitor weather and natural disaster developments, and regularly compile reports to the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue, and Civil Defense (through the Standing Office).
