1) - Nghe An Province Emulation Congress for Patriotic Achievements, 2010-2015

Comrade Nguyen Thi Doan, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Vice President of Vietnam, presented the First-Class Independence Order to the Party Committee and people of Nghe An province.

On September 23rd, the Nghe An Provincial Emulation Congress officially opened with the participation of over 500 delegates, including 222 outstanding individuals. At the congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Vice President of Vietnam, awarded the First-Class Independence Order to the Party Committee and people of Nghe An province; and the title of Hero of Labor in the Renovation Period to Nghe An Newspaper.

2) - Inauguration of the West Nghe An and Chau Thon - Tan Xuan roads.

On the morning of September 26th, in Tri Le commune, Que Phong district, the Department of Transport and Communications held the inauguration ceremony for the Western Nghe An road project and the Chau Thon - Tan Xuan road project. The Western Nghe An road project has a total investment of 2,127 billion VND, a total length of 184km, and 41 bridges, passing through the districts of Que Phong, Tuong Duong, and Ky Son. The Chau Thon - Tan Xuan road project has a total investment of 737 billion VND, a total length of 80km, and 28 bridges, passing through the districts of Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop, and Tan Ky.

3) - Commencement of construction of Vinatex Garment Factory – Hoang Mai

Central and provincial leaders, along with business representatives, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Vinatex - Hoang Mai garment factory.

On the morning of September 20th, Vinatex – Hoang Mai Garment Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Vinatex – Hoang Mai Garment Factory in Quynh Vinh commune (Hoang Mai town). The Vinatex – Hoang Mai Garment Factory project and its supporting facilities will be built on a 31,600m2 plot of land in Quynh Vinh commune, Hoang Mai town. The project, invested by the Vietnam Textile and Garment Group, was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in 2014 with a total investment of over 127 billion VND.

4) - Celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival in various localities

Throughout the country, the atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival is bustling with excitement for children and teenagers.

Over the past few days, many localities and units in the province have organized Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations for children and teenagers in a truly warm atmosphere.
