The project will provide electricity to 233 villages in 54 communes across 8 districts of Nghe An province: Que Phong, Quy Hop, Thanh Chuong, Quy Chau, Anh Son, Ky Son, Con Cuong, and Tuong Duong. The total investment is over 780 billion VND.

5) "Golden rain" pushes back drought.
