Nghe An: Motorbike plunges into canal, killing 3 people on the first day of Tet
(Baonghean.vn) - Early morning on the first day of the Lunar New Year, 3 men riding a motorbike plunged into a canal and died.
The accident happened early this morning, January 22 (the first day of Tet) on a road in Da Son hamlet, Do Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province.

Accordingly, at dawn, 3 men (residing in Dien Thap commune, Dien Chau district) were riding a motorbike on the inter-commune road Duc Thanh - Do Thanh, when reaching the curve in Da Son hamlet, Do Thanh commune, they plunged into the canal belonging toNorth Wall Channel, about 10m deep.
The accident caused all three men to fall into the water and die.
It is known that of the 3 victims, 2 are brothers in the same family.
The identities of the victims are currently being determined.
The incident is being investigated by the authorities.
