Nghe An ranked 12th, 10 places higher than the 2023 High School Graduation Exam
The highest graduation exam results of Nghe An province in many years are the efforts of the whole industry after a year of hard work with the goal of raising the position of the province's education sector.
The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the results of the 2024 High School Graduation Exam. Initial statistics show that, in the list of 63 provinces and cities nationwide, Nghe An's average score is 6,959 points, ranking 12th nationwide. This order is up 10 places compared to the 2023 High School Graduation Exam.

This is an exceptionally excellent result of Nghe An's education sector, recognizing the efforts of the entire sector, schools and more than 36,000 candidates of the province.
Mr. Thai Van Thanh - Director of the Department of Education and Training said: The class of students participating in this exam is the first class of students in Nghe An education sector to fully implement the Quality Assurance Plan right from grade 10 and thereby create a change in both awareness and action of both teachers and students.
At the same time, the Department has directed schools, especially those that improve the quality of teaching and learning, improve professional quality, and use results as a measure to evaluate student output.
In recent times, the Department has also done a good job of communicating and mobilizing the strength of the entire political system to take care of the education cause. At the same time, it has prepared conditions to ensure that students complete the program and confidently enter the exam with the best mindset.

In particular, before this exam, Nghe An launched the emulation campaign "90 days of determination to achieve high results in the 2024 high school graduation exam" and promoted the learning movement in schools. Across the province, teachers organized thousands of free teaching sessions to nurture students and organized many anti-failure classes to tutor weak students.
Previously, also in this campaign, Nghe An achieved the goal of rising to 15th place nationwide. In the context of Nghe An being a province with the 4th largest number of candidates nationwide, with 11 mountainous districts, this is a great effort./.
