Procedures citizens need to present when coming to make citizen identification card
- When citizens come to apply for a CCCD, they need to present: Family register, ID card or CCCD;
- In case of changes in citizen information, other legal documents must be presented such as: Birth certificate, decision of judicial authority to prove the change in citizen information.
- In case a citizen has not been issued an ID card/CCCD, in addition to the family register, a birth certificate must be presented.
