Trung Hau carpentry earns hundreds of millions/year

(Baonghean.vn) - On April 6, Tan Son commune held a ceremony to receive the certificate of recognition for Trung Hau carpentry village.

Attending the event were comrade Tran Van Huy - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union, comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, leaders of departments and branches, local Party committees and authorities, and people of Trung Hau village.

Trung Hau carpentry village is located in hamlet 14, Tan Son commune. The village's carpentry profession was established in 1962. By the 70s of the 20th century, the village's carpentry profession began to develop strongly, attracting workers in the village to participate in specialized carpentry.

Up to now, the village's carpentry has developed strongly with 54/94 households working in carpentry, 90 workers participating. Trung Hau carpentry village has many diverse and rich designs and products, many items bring high economic value, favored by the market.

The village’s products are consumed in many provinces across the country. Carpentry has brought in hundreds of millions of dong in revenue each year. Maintaining and developing the craft village has created jobs for local workers, promoting the development of the local economy.

From this carpentry profession, many families have become rich, village and neighborhood ties have been strengthened, and the parishioners of Trung Hau village are always united to build their homeland to constantly develop.
