Korean artists in Vietnam are proud of coach Park Hang-seo
Singers Hari Won, Jin Ju, Han Sara... were happy when the Vietnamese team, under the leadership of Mr. Park, won the AFF Cup 2018 Gold Cup.
Hari Won posted a photo of herself wearing a red shirt with a yellow star, raising her hand to her chest right after the second leg of the final match ended. The Korean singer shared that Vietnam is like her second home, so she was extremely emotional when the Vietnamese players lifted the Gold Cup together. |
Singer Jin Ju said she really wanted to go "storming" but didn't know how to ride a motorbike and couldn't catch a taxi. She had to stay home and livestream with Vietnamese fans to celebrate. The singer doesn't watch Korean football but she watched every match of the Vietnamese team at the AFF Cup 2018. |
Jin Ju really admires coach Park Hang-seo. According to the singer, he cannot speak Vietnamese but his love for the Vietnamese team is huge. The players have felt that and coordinated well with the tactics he gave. "I see many Koreans are interested in Vietnam because of Mr. Park. My family and friends all watched the football match yesterday and praised the excellent Vietnam team. Now Vietnamese football has become one of the 'hot' focal points of Koreans. Thanks to Mr. Park, the relationship between Vietnam and Korea is getting closer and closer," Jin Ju shared. |
On the evening of December 15, singer Han Sara (right) was present at Nguyen Hue walking street in Ho Chi Minh City to cheer for the Vietnamese team. She shared that although she was born in Korea, Vietnam is like a second home to her because she is close to her family and has a job she loves. |
"Thank you to the Vietnamese players for playing so well and convincingly. I am proud of Mr. Park Hang-seo. Previously, Korea and Vietnam had a close relationship in the music field, now there is football. Since Mr. Park, the connection between the two countries has expanded and developed more. I am happy that the two peoples love each other so much. I am proud of Vietnam and Korea," singer Han Sara shared. |
Violinist J.Mi has been active in Vietnam for nearly 5 years. Last night, she and her family watched the football match on TV in Korea. She cheered when Anh Duc opened the score for Vietnam. She shared: "I couldn't help but be impressed and happy when I saw Vietnamese fans in the stands looking at the players. I am very proud to live with the Vietnamese people." |
She was surprised when the percentage of Koreans watching the second leg final match between Malaysia and Vietnam was a record high - 18.1% on SBS. According to J.Mi, Park Hang Seo is a football star before being a typical football coach in Korea. Mr. Park is not only a hero of Vietnam but also of Korea. |
