Associate Professor Le Thanh Ha explained: “I am the fourth child in a family of nine children in Hung Linh commune, Hung Nguyen district. My childhood was closely associated with my uncle's son - Teacher Le Tien Hung (former Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training). Wherever he went to teach, I followed. Hung raised and taught me everything from cultural knowledge, lifestyle, and learning spirit. I benefited a lot from this education when I was an excellent student at the provincial and district levels for many years. He himself also oriented me to pursue a teaching career”...

After 6 years of study, military doctor Le Thanh Ha was sent to Military Region 7 and went to Cambodia to help the neighboring country defeat the Pol Pot army.
