The pickup truck parked in front of the bank had its window smashed. The owner reported losing all the money left in the front passenger seat.
At around 3pm on October 29, Mr. Manh (residing in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh) drove a pickup truck to a bank at 284 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ha Long City. Parking the car in front of the door, Mr. Manh went into the bank for about 5 minutes and then came back out.

When getting out of the car, Mr. Manh discovered that the driver's side window was broken and the 3.5 billion VND left in the car was missing.
Mr. Manh said that he had previously borrowed this amount of money from another bank and left it in the front passenger seat. When he arrived at the bank, he saw that there was a security guard on duty, so he decided to park the car, lock the door and go in to make the transaction.
The bank guard explained that at the time of the incident, there were many people entering the bank to make transactions and parking their motorbikes outside, forcing him to go inside to ask. Therefore, the guard did not detect the person breaking the car door.
