Husband stabbed wife to death after wife slapped him in the face

On January 31, the Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Long Province Police decided to temporarily detain Kim Hoa (50 years old, residing in Dong Thuan hamlet, Dong Thuan ward, Binh Minh town) to investigate the act of 'murder'.

According to the investigation agency, on the afternoon of January 30 (the third day of Tet), Kim Hoa went to the house of Mr. Thach Hien, who lives in the same neighborhood, to drink alcohol. At about 9:00 p.m. that same day, Hoa returned home. There, Hoa and his wife, Kim Thi Sa Ren (49 years old), had a conflict and argued.

Mrs. Sa Ren blamed her husband for getting drunk. Mr. Hoa argued back and was slapped in the face by his wife. Afterwards, Mr. Hoa went into the kitchen to eat, but the couple continued to argue. Mr. Hoa stabbed Mrs. Sa Ren in the left chest with a knife and then left. Mrs. Sa Ren was taken to the emergency room by her family but died later.

On January 31, the suspect turned himself in to the police and confessed to all his crimes./.
