The Criminal Police Department (Da Nang City Police) announced on the afternoon of July 21 that they had arrested Dang Anh Tu (24 years old, residing in Lien Chieu district) after a day of hiding.
According to initial investigation, in the early morning of July 20, Tu and a group of friends including 2 men and 3 women were drinking at a restaurant on Dung Sy Thanh Khe street.
At that time, Tu thought that the two young men at the opposite table had a "dirty" look and were joking with the girls sitting at the same drinking table with him, so a conflict arose. This group used tables, chairs, and cups to attack the opposite table, but was stopped by everyone.
Still angry, Tu and his gang went home to get spears and returned to the bar to take revenge.

As soon as they arrived, the group rushed in and slashed the enemy, causing one person to collapse on the spot. Among them, Tu was the one who used the knife to slash the fatal blow, causing the victim to die.
After committing the crime, the subjects fled and were arrested by the police on July 21.
