Suspect of molesting 6th grade female student dies at home
(Baonghean.vn) - A school security guard suspected of being involved in the case of a 6th grade female student being sexually abused and becoming pregnant has died at home after 7 days on bail.
On October 1, Tien Phong Commune Police, Que Phong District, announced that a death had just occurred in the locality in a private home in a hanging position. The deceased was Mr. Pham Hoa, born in 1951, residing in Tien Phong Commune.
Previously, a family in Tien Phong commune saw that their 6th grade daughter was showing unusual signs. The family took her to the medical center for a check-up and discovered that she was more than 1 month pregnant. The girl said that she was sexually abused by Mr. Hoa, the kindergarten security guard.
Receiving the complaint from the child's family, Que Phong District Police started an investigation and then urgently arrested Mr. Pham Hoa. While waiting for the results of the baby's fetal examination, Mr. Hoa was released on bail. On the 7th day, he died by hanging himself at his home.
The incident is currently being investigated by the authorities.
