Nghi Kieu (Nghi Loc): Dissemination of land law

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 13, at the People's Committee of Nghi Kieu commune, legal reporters and the Nghi Loc District Lawyers Association held a conference to disseminate the 2013 Land Law. Attending were 250 delegates who were officials of commune-level departments and agencies; and mass organizations of hamlets and blocks in Nghi Kieu commune.

Overview of the conference.

The 2013 Land Law consists of 14 chapters and 212 articles (an increase of 07 chapters and 66 articles compared to the 2003 Land Law), which has overcome and resolved the limitations arising in the process of implementing land laws. At the conference, legal reporters focused on disseminating the basic contents of the 2013 Land Law, new points compared to the previous Land Law. At the same time, they answered questions from officials and people about related issues.

Through the conference, the aim is to help the cadres and people of Nghi Kieu commune grasp the basics, thereby implementing the Land Law in accordance with the law, avoiding possible violations.
