At the conference, key officials at the district and grassroots levels received two topics of the Resolution of the 18th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020. Those are the topics on socio-economics, national defense and security; the topic on Party building work. Along with disseminating the Resolution, the Standing Committee of Nghi Loc District Party Committee deployed the Plan to propagate and disseminate the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress.
