Specifically, female restaurant owner Le Thi Thanh D. was stabbed to death by a strange man wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, black jeans, a black baseball cap, and a mask.
Ms. Le Thi Thuy D. (born 2004, resident of Tan Chau commune, Khoai Chau), the shop owner's niece, was stabbed and injured by the subject.
Upon receiving the report, the Criminal Police Department coordinated with Van Giang District Police to investigate and arrest the perpetrator.
