Suspect in headlight stabbing case arrested
Ho Sy Hung and his friend attacked Ho Duc Tuc (19 years old) when he shone his motorbike headlights into his face, but the other person pulled out a knife and stabbed him.
On December 27, Loc Ha District Police prosecuted and temporarily detained Ho Duc Tuc (residing in Yen Giang village, Hong Loc commune) for 2 months to investigate the crime.Intentional injury, according to Article 134 of the 2015 Penal Code.
According to the investigation, at around 10:30 p.m. on December 25, Tuc was driving a motorbike carrying a friend on an inter-commune road. When he reached Phu Luu commune (Loc Ha district), he met Hung driving a motorbike carrying Tran Van Hiep (living in the same hamlet) going in the opposite direction.

With Tuc's motorbike's headlights shining in his face, Hung turned around and forced Tuc to the side of the road, jumped down with Hiep and hit Tuc in the head. Angry, Tuc took out a sharp knife he had hidden in his person and retaliated, stabbing Hung in the chest, causing Hung to collapse.road.
After committing the crime, Tuc threw the broken knife at the scene and fled on his motorbike. The victim was taken to Ha Tinh General Hospital in critical condition by local residents.
Upon receiving the news, Loc Ha District Police dispatched many officers to block all roads to search for the perpetrator. After 12 hours, Tuc was arrested while hiding in Ha Tinh city.
