German MP calls for NATO to be dissolved because the organization has “revealed its true face”
NATO is a threat to world security, and therefore the alliance should be dissolved - This is the opinion of German parliamentarian Alexander Noah expressed on the Die Freiheitsliebe portal.
Mr. Noah believes that NATO only uses military force to protect its "imperial interests", while systematically violating the rules of international law and provoking military conflicts.
Mr. Noah called NATO's seventieth anniversary "not a cause for celebration, but an opportunity to rethink before it's too late."
He noted that over the decades the alliance “has shown its true face” and cited the bombing of Yugoslavia and the war in Afghanistan as examples of this.
Now, NATO is worried about losing its “dominant economic and ideological position,” so the organization is actively increasing its weapons and continues to go from one confrontation to another, the lawmaker stressed.
“Therefore, this situation must end. The left must demand that Germany withdraw from the North Atlantic Alliance and that NATO itself be dissolved and a collective security system be created with Russia’s participation. Russia will certainly declare disarmament as its main goal,” Mr. Noeh concluded.
