Rada MP: Poroshenko's use of Russia to scare Ukrainians is 'mania'
Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko, who is accused of plotting terrorist acts in central Kiev, called the attempts of incumbent Ukrainian President Piort Poroshenko to scare the country’s people with “Moscow spies” and “the Kremlin’s hand” “mania” and “nonsense.”
“I have the feeling that the world no longer takes us seriously ... For five years now, Ukraine has been living in constant fear, in terror from its own government, which has been threatening us with the “hand of the Kremlin”, “spies from Moscow”. All this panic is nonsense and hysteria,” Savechenko said on Monday on the NewsOne TV channel.
