However, during the implementation of the items, about 300 people from Binh Thuan hamlet, Nghi Thuan commune came to obstruct, cause trouble, and prevent the functional forces from performing their duties.
Closing the old residential road crossing WHA Industrial Park in Nghi Thuan Commune (Nghi Loc) is necessary.
