Nghia Dan: Students in disadvantaged areas are given more than 56,000 kg of rice

(Baonghean.vn) - NOn April 5, the Department of Education and Training of Nghia Dan district organized the reception and distribution of rice to students.

Implementing Decision 36/2013/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on rice support policy for students of schools in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions, this time 963 students of 1/5 High School, Co Do High School, Loi Lac Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, Nghia Mai Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, Nghia Hoi Primary School were given rice for 5 months of the second semester of the 2016-2017 school year.

Students of Loi Lac Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities and Nghia Mai Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities were provided with 3 months (2 months were provided in advance). The total amount of rice provided was 56,683 kg, each student received 15 kg/month.
