Ms. Ha Thi Thuy (born in 1971), her family is poor, in especially difficult circumstances, her husband died early, she has to raise 2 young children alone, she herself is often sick.

On the morning of October 21, the Women's Union of Nghia Dan district organized a groundbreaking ceremony and supported the family with 20 million VND to build a "Warm House of Love". At the same time, the Women's Union of the commune mobilized members in the hamlet to support labor days and money during the construction of the house.

It is known that in 2017, the Women's Union built 4 "Warm Houses of Love" for poor female members.
