(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 1 PM on October 30th, a truck carrying glue with license plate 37 C 093.93, after refueling at Nghia Binh gas station in Nghia Dan town, Nghia Dan district, reversed out and fell into a drain at the intersection of the Ho Chi Minh Highway and Nghia Lac.

According to locals, this is the second car to fall into the drain at this location, and many are questioning the quality of these drains, especially when compared to the one in front of the Nghia Binh gas station.
