Nghia Hoa (Thai Hoa Town): Mobilized 243 million VND for livelihood project
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 21, the Steering Committee of the Livelihood Support Project for People with Disabilities and Orphans (PWD & TMC) of Thai Hoa town organized the project implementation in Nghia Hoa commune.
This time, Nghia Hoa commune has 20 households in especially difficult circumstances with disabled people and poor TMC receiving support. Of which, 1 family repaired the house, 7 households raised buffaloes and cows, 1 household raised chickens, 2 households installed water pipes and 14 scholarships for orphaned students in especially difficult circumstances.

To implement this project, Nghia Hoa called for funding from ethnic relatives who were supported; families mobilized themselves, borrowed capital from policy banks; mass organizations and villages; the commune's Fund for the Poor and the commune's budget support.
The total cost of the entire project is nearly 243 million VND. This is the 4th livelihood support project of the year in Thai Hoa town.
