Playing with a rubber bullet gun, a 5th grade student died

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 31, Major Tran Van Hung - Deputy Chief of Thanh Chuong District Police (Nghe An) said that a fatal incident had just occurred in the area due to the use of a rubber bullet gun, resulting in the death of one victim.

The victim was Nguyen Ngoc Duc (11 years old), residing in hamlet 3, Hanh Lam commune.

Accordingly, at 6:00 p.m. on May 30, Ms. Hoai - mother of Nguyen Ngoc Duc (5th grade student, Hanh Lam Primary School) heard a loud noise coming from her son's room. Ms. Hoai rushed into the room and found her son dead, with a rubber bullet gun next to him.

Upon receiving the news, Thanh Chuong District Police coordinated with the Provincial Police's forensic department to quickly arrive at the scene, conduct an autopsy, and investigate the case.

By the evening of the same day, the authorities handed over Nguyen Ngoc Duc's body to his family for burial.
