Research and propose the organization of local military forces.
Following the directives of the 4th Military Region Command, on March 4th, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command organized a conference to assign tasks to agencies and units to research and propose local military organization in both in-person and online formats.
Colonel Phan Dai Nghia, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, chaired the meeting.

At the conference,Nghe An Provincial Military CommandThe draft proposal for the organization of local military forces was reported in accordance with the Party and State's policy on continuing to innovate and streamline the political system's organizational structure for effective and efficient operation. Based on the practical situation regarding geography, area, population size, the current number of districts and communes, and the specific functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Vietnam People's Army, the draft proposed the most optimal options for establishing local military agencies.

Delegates contributed and proposed ideas on the organization of local military forces in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 05 of the Politburo on the organization of the Vietnam People's Army for the period 2021-2030 and beyond; and the Politburo's Conclusion on some contents and tasks to continue arranging and streamlining the organizational structure of the political system in 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command - agreed with some of the opinions of the delegates attending the conference; and at the same time requested agencies and units to continue researching and proposing plans based on closely adhering to the policies of the Party, the State and the Army, the Military Region, and the characteristics and requirements of local national defense and military tasks.
