US Secretary of State agrees with President Putin's assessment of Ukraine
US and Western support has been crucial to Ukraine's ability to continue fighting, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said at a press conference at the US State Department.
“There is one thing and one thing only I agree with Putin on: Continued US support is vital to sustaining the fight of the Ukrainian army,” the US diplomat said.

Earlier, the Russian leader stressed that the West's suspension of arms supplies would only give Ukraine a week to hold out. At the same time, the country's economy cannot survive without external support - it only functions thanks to monthly injections of billions of dollars, he said.
As President Putin noted, such generous support from the United States and the European Union may end one day and then the whole system will collapse.
Western military analysts believe that Russia is winning in Ukraine.
