Ukrainian Foreign Minister criticizes Russia for being “weak” in its statement about Crimea

The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Pavel Klimkin, said that Russia is a "weak" country in front of the "civilized world". Thus, the politician commented on the decision of the Russian Federation Council to approve the law on Crimea's accession to Russia:
"Yesterday's statement on Crimea by Russia shows the weakness of a civilized state," Mr. Klimkin wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, Mr. Klimkin called on the United States to increase pressure on Russia to "prevent the development of the Baltic scenario". He also expressed a strong desire to see Crimea under the Ukrainian flag.
