After 14 years of establishment and development, the Newton inter-level school system is the cradle of many "child prodigies", including "English prodigy" Do Nhat Nam, who has been awarded full doctoral scholarships by 6 universities in the US.

In 2015, during his visit to Vietnam, Do Nhat Nam spent a lot of time returning to Newton School. This time, he appeared in a new role, as a "little teacher" teaching English to children from grades 1 to 5. In just 2 days since the announcement, a record was set with more than 1,000 children registering for the course of "teacher" Do Nhat Nam.

Before the name "English prodigy" Do Nhat Nam, Pham Minh Thanh - also became the pride of Newton when he became the youngest Vietnamese PhD in the US. Accordingly, after nearly 3 years of high school at Newton, in 2012, Pham Minh Thanh won a scholarship and became a student at Binghamton University, majoring in economics. Thanh graduated with honors, continuing to win a 100% scholarship for the doctoral program.

In 2021, Pham Minh Thanh became one of the youngest Vietnamese PhDs in the US. With excellent academic performance, the multi-talented young man from Newton School also worked as a teaching assistant from his second year of university and maintained this position for the next 7 years. At Newton now, many people still remember Minh Thanh with good feelings, as a handsome, intelligent, polite and humble student.

Following the previous generation, most recently, Hoang Pham Minh Khanh, class 10G0, has just added his name to the golden list of Newton Inter-level School when he won the Silver Medal (the highest achievement of the Vietnamese delegation) when participating in the 2023 International Youth Science Olympiad. This is also the first time in the 12 years that Vietnam has participated in the competition that a student from a "non-specialized" school has been included in the official participating team...

Thanks to its impressive educational achievements in the international educational arena, in 2018, the Newton inter-level system became one of the typical members of the American Education Organization (IAE) - Now the EQuest Education Group.

In the 2022-2023 school year, students in the entire system won over 1,500 international awards, over 2,400 national awards, over 1,330 city-level awards... Newton is also in the top 5 schools with impressive achievements in the 10th grade exam in Hanoi. 9th grade students of Newton Secondary and High School lead Bac Tu Liem district with an average score of 40.57 (average English score is 9.05 points; Math score is 8.37 points and Literature score is 7.39 points)...

Choose "global learning city" Nghe An as the next destination

With the educational philosophy of "Every student is a future leader", Newton inter-level system focuses on developing 3 subjects: Math, IT and English throughout 12 years of study and carefully considers the choice of location to expand the training scale.

According to the latest information, the school of these “child prodigies” with international educational standards will appear in Nghe An and be located at the Eco Central Park mega-project. The school representative said that choosing to locate the school in Vinh - a “global learning city” recognized by UNESCO is one of the important milestones of the entire education system.

Accordingly, the school has signed a cooperation agreement on investing in building a school in Eco Central Park Urban Area - the largest green park in the Central region (Vinh city, Nghe An province) invested by the founder of Ecopark.

At Eco Central Park, the Newton inter-level education system is expected to be built in The Garden subdivision - the first subdivision to be built, opened for sale and handed over in Eco Central Park Urban Area. With 2 sides facing the road, only 1 minute drive to Hung Vuong Avenue, students, parents and teachers can easily access all other amenities of the urban area.

Also according to the signed agreement, the school will be built on a land area of ​​27,728m2 with a construction density of 40%, a maximum height of 5 floors with a modern infrastructure system, meeting international standards including a sports area, football field, swimming pool, chemistry laboratory, physics center, chemistry house, historical area... In addition to the international standard curriculum, students at Newton are also trained in depth in physical education and arts with leading experts in Vietnam.

The founder of Ecopark is the investor of the Eco Central Park project, nearly 200 hectares wide, in Vinh city, Nghe An province. This is considered the largest urban project in Vinh city to date. The project with 50 hectares of trees and water surface, a density of 100 trees/person will be a green living environment, ideal for residents who want to stay away from the crowded, dusty inner city. This is an important landscape space that helps the Newton inter-level school system have space to develop practical experience activities as well as space to stimulate the natural development of students.
