On September 15, according to forecasts, storm No. 10 will make landfall in Nghe An, so as soon as the boats return to dock, fishermen urgently check and secure their boats. Mr. Chu Van Thi - Head of Lach Quen Control Station - Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station said that since yesterday, September 13, the station has called on boats to return to take shelter from the storm. As of 10:00 a.m. this morning, the entire district had 854 vehicles anchored at Lach Quen and Lach Thoi ports, of which 67 were anchored in Quang Binh province; the remaining 339 were on their way in.
