(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the record-breaking flood discharge from the Ban Ve Hydropower Plant, many localities in Anh Son district have been flooded. To protect people's property, local authorities and residents stayed up all night monitoring rising water levels and moving belongings to safety from the flood.

| Currently, Anh Son district is directing the district People's Committee departments, functional agencies, and 21 communes and towns to conduct 24/7 flood and storm prevention and control duties. At the same time, they are strengthening communication and information dissemination to people and organizations operating along the riverbanks, on the river, at ferry terminals, and aquaculture facilities on the river, informing them about the level of flood releases so they can proactively take preventive measures to ensure absolute safety of people and property.
