The bronze axe is 9.2cm long; the blade is 7.5cm wide, it is a round-heeled axe, the blade is horseshoe-shaped. The stone axe is 5cm long, the blade is 3cm wide, 1.5cm thick, has a gray-yellow color, and a trapezoidal shoulder and shaft.

According to Mr. Kien, when he saw the two strange axes, he brought them home and put them in the cupboard. The villagers came to see them. The rumor spread and several antique dealers came to buy them, but he did not sell them because he thought they were valuable objects, so he kept them. After many years of keeping them, he thought it was not a good idea to keep them like that, so he decided to hand them over to the Quy Chau District Museum of Ethnic Culture to preserve and introduce to visitors.

Ms. Thai Thi Hong, an officer of the Museum of Ethnic Cultures in Quy Chau District, said: Based on the shape and material, both axes belong to the Dong Son culture, about 2000 - 3000 years ago. However, to properly assess the scientific value of the two artifacts mentioned above, research and verification by scientists is needed to contribute to preserving and promoting the value of the artifacts.
