Nghe An Employment Service Center, under the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs. In addition to performing the functions and tasks as prescribed, from 2010 to present, the center has been assigned the additional task of training, introducing and supplying labor to domestic and foreign markets. From 2015 to present, the Center has introduced and supplied 11,383 workers; of which 1,263 people were introduced and supplied to the foreign labor market.
Although Nghe An is a province with abundant labor potential, recruiting workers for labor export, according to Mr. Ho Van Hung - Director of Nghe An Employment Service Center, is currently very difficult. The reason is that in the province there are too many businesses participating in labor export, creating unhealthy competition.
On the other hand, the Korean labor market, in addition to not recruiting workers for 11 districts in the province, the labor demand in this country has also decreased significantly (from 10,000 - 15,000 workers per year, now there are only about 3,500 workers).

According to Mr. Ho Van Hung - Director of Nghe An Employment Service Center, in addition to unfair competition from labor export enterprises, the workers' psychology of liking "instant noodles" and wanting to complete procedures and exit the country quickly has created opportunities for some organizations and individuals to take advantage of this to defraud labor export.
Mr. Hung affirmed that to work in the Korean and Japanese markets, one must spend time studying the language, taking the language test, passing the language test, then completing the application to the countries and waiting for feedback from the countries... These steps, if fast, take 6 months, if slow, take a whole year, before the worker can leave the country.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan - Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Society, Provincial People's Council requested the Center to pay attention to disseminating to workers, especially the policies of the Central and the province on labor export. Focus on improving the capacity and quality of the center's activities, meeting the requirements of consulting, job introduction in general and labor export in particular.
Ms. Lan also said that the Center needs to strengthen coordination with localities and reputable and branded labor export enterprises to introduce and supply more laborers for labor export, becoming a reliable address in this field for workers. Take the initiative in all conditions regarding organizational structure, personnel and operating costs, moving towards autonomy of the unit.
