Accordingly, all organizations and individuals can send letters without stamps from now until the end of April. The envelope should clearly state "Letter of comments on the Draft Civil Code (Amendment)." The address for receiving letters is the Ministry of Justice, 60 Tran Phu Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City.
To ensure service quality, VietnamPost requires post offices in provinces and cities to pay attention to guiding customers to fully display the identifying marks and recipient information on the envelope. In particular, the handling, transportation, and delivery must be carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring accuracy and safety.
VietnamPost also requires its member units to post information about accepting, transporting, and delivering letters containing public comments on the Draft Civil Code (amended) at all service points.
Previously, Vietnam Post was also highly appreciated by ministries, agencies, and a large number of people for safely and quickly transporting letters containing public opinions on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution.
