Visiting the chicken farm of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan's family in Hoi Lam village, Cam Son commune, at this time, Mr. Tuan is selecting 1,000 hybrid fighting chickens to prepare for grazing. Mr. Tuan said: during Tet, his family sold more than 3 tons of chickens, so now the family is focusing on re-herding. According to Mr. Tuan's experience, to ensure that the chickens develop well during the breeding process, it is necessary to do a good job of cleaning the barn, proactively providing food, vaccinating to prevent and control epidemics.... However, it is currently the time of changing seasons, the weather is warm and sunny during the day, and the temperature drops at night, creating favorable conditions for livestock and poultry diseases to break out, so in addition to quickly stabilizing and restoring livestock herds, livestock households need to strengthen disease prevention and control. Actively shift to biosafety livestock farming, and on the other hand, monitor market developments to balance the herd to suit farming conditions and consumption situations.

Currently, the whole Anh Son district has 21 standard farms, of which 9 farms have an annual income of over 1 billion VND and 12 mixed farms have an income of over 700 million VND, concentrated in communes such as Cam Son, Dinh Son, Khai Son and hundreds of large and small farms in 21 communes and towns. With the goal of ensuring the stable development of the district's livestock and poultry in 2017 with the number of buffaloes and cows reaching 38,000, pigs reaching 60,000, total poultry reaching over 1.2 million, total meat output reaching 10.3 thousand tons, right from the first months of the year, Anh Son district is focusing on propaganda so that people can proactively re-herd and prevent and control diseases to avoid damage when entering the new livestock season.
