Man charged with trafficking explosives
(Baonghean.vn) - While weighing explosives for sale, Va No Dia (residing in Ky Son district) was caught red-handed by the police.
The Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police has just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused Va No Dia (born in 1949), residing in Muong Long 2 village, Muong Long commune, Ky Son district, to investigate the crime of "Illegal trading of explosives" as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 305 of the Penal Code.

At around 9:30 a.m. on December 26, 2019, while on duty in Muong Long commune, the Ky Son District Police working group received a report from the public about a subject trading explosives.
During the verification, Ky Son District Police discovered and caught Va No Dia red-handed selling 2 kg of black substance (suspected to be explosives). During the initial investigation, Va No Dia confessed that he bought the explosives in My Ly Commune, Ky Son District and sold them for profit.
According to the forensic conclusion of the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security, the black substance sample seized from Va No Dia is explosive.
