Accordingly, the accident occurred at approximately 4:30 AM on March 22nd, on the North-South railway line, in the section passing through Dien Truong commune, Dien Chau district, between train NA1 running on the Hanoi - Nghe An route and a pedestrian.

At the scene, there were several items the man was carrying and some recyclable bottles in a plastic bag.
Since the victim's identity has not yet been determined, the local authorities and the Dien Chau District Police have issued a notice to find the deceased's relatives.
