The collision was so strong that the young woman was thrown onto the embankment, dying on the spot. The motorbike was thrown forward about 15 meters, while the electric motorbike was about 2 meters away from the victim’s body. The young man driving the electric motorbike was rushed to the emergency room in critical condition.
Upon receiving the news, the authorities quickly arrived to handle the situation and investigate the cause. The identity of the deceased victim was identified as Ms. Phan Thi V. (born in 1995), from Tang Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, currently a nurse at a hospital in Vinh city.
