The Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Police Department signed a cooperation plan and launched the "3 Together with Youth" model.
On the afternoon of September 12th, in Hung Nguyen commune, Nghe An province, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and the Nghe An Provincial Police Department held a signing ceremony for a cooperation plan and launched the "3 Together with Youth" model.
The coordinated plan between the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and the Nghe An Provincial Police Department aims to mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system and the whole population in the management and education of young people, in order to reduce law violations, contribute to curbing and reducing crime and social evils, ensure the maintenance of security and order, and serve the socio-economic development tasks in the locality.
Orienting and promoting the role of young people in building the nationwide movement to protect national security; educating awareness and responsibility in complying with the law in general and with laws on security and order in particular; improving the effectiveness of educating "underperforming" young people at high risk of violating the law... At the same time, raising awareness and compliance with the law among young people; building a healthy living environment, creating conditions for young people to develop comprehensively, and reducing the risk of violating the law.
According to the joint plan, the two units will build and implement the "3 Together with Youth" model (Together caring, together reforming, together striving); organize the dissemination and implementation of Directives and Resolutions of the Party, National Assembly, Government, Ministry of Public Security, Central Youth Union, and the province on crime prevention and control; manage and educate youth; disseminate and educate youth on the law; organize activities to educate life skills and cultivate a sense of responsibility; conduct the work of reviewing, identifying, managing, and reforming youth at risk of violating the law; organize healthy and beneficial recreational activities; guide and support youth in economic development, aiming to inspire aspirations for advancement, build a sense of honest work, and contribute to helping youth stabilize their lives and stay away from social evils...
According to the plan, in 2025, the province will build one pilot model in Hung Nguyen commune; in addition, pilot models will be built at the commune level in 19 wards and communes. By 2027, 100% of communes and wards will have completed the construction of this model.
