Provincial Youth Union and Provincial Police signed a coordination plan and launched the model '3 with youth'
On the afternoon of September 12, at Hung Nguyen commune, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and Nghe An Provincial Police held a signing ceremony for a coordination plan and launched the model "3 with youth".
The coordination plan between Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and Nghe An Provincial Police is implemented with the aim of mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system and the entire population in management and education work, in order to limit juveniles from violating the law, contributing to controlling and reducing crimes and social evils, ensuring the maintenance of security and order, serving the task of socio-economic development in the locality.
Orient and promote the role of youth in building a nationwide movement to protect national security; educate awareness and responsibility in complying with the law in general and the law on national security and order in particular; improve the effectiveness of educating "slow-progressing" youth and teenagers at high risk of violating the law... At the same time, raise awareness and sense of law compliance among youth and teenagers; build a healthy living environment, create conditions for youth and teenagers to develop comprehensively, and limit the risk of violating the law.
According to the coordination plan, the two units will develop and deploy the model "3 with youth" (Together caring, together transforming, together rising); Organize the dissemination and implementation of Directives and Resolutions of the Party, National Assembly, Government, Ministry of Public Security, Central Youth Union, and the province on crime prevention and control; management and education of youth; Propaganda and legal education for youth; Organize life skills education activities and train a sense of responsibility; Conduct screening, detection, management and transformation, and education of youth at risk of violations; Organize healthy playgrounds and useful entertainment; Orient and support youth in economic development, in order to arouse the desire to rise up, build a sense of honest labor, contribute to helping youth stabilize their lives, stay away from social evils...
According to the plan, in 2025, the provincial level will build a pilot model in Hung Nguyen commune; in addition, a pilot model at the commune level will be built in 19 wards and communes. By 2027, 100% of communes and wards will complete the construction of this model.
